Data Deletion

Use this page to request deletion of Lumenook Games app-related backend data.

Before You Request

Hexagon: Tower Defence does not require a normal email/password account for core gameplay. The app may still create backend player/session identifiers for rewards, diagnostics, leaderboard-style services, or cloud-service telemetry.

Deleting backend data does not automatically remove local save data on your device or cloud save data held by Google Play Games, iCloud, Google, Apple, AdMob, or Firebase provider systems.

How To Request Deletion

Email lumenook@gmail.com with the subject line "Hexagon data deletion request". Include the game name, platform, approximate first play date, app version if visible, and any in-game display name or support identifier visible in the app.

Do not send passwords, payment information, one-time codes, private keys, or full platform account credentials.

What We Delete

After verification, we will delete or anonymize backend records we can reasonably identify for the app, including backend player records, session records, run diagnostics, reward-intent records, compact server events, and leaderboard entries where applicable.

If a record cannot be reliably matched to you from the information provided, we may ask for limited extra details needed to identify the correct app data.

What May Remain

Some data may remain on your device, in Google Play Games or iCloud cloud save, or in provider systems controlled by Google, Apple, AdMob, Firebase, or other platform services. You can delete local data in the app where available, uninstall the app, or use the relevant platform account tools for provider-held data.

We may retain limited records when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute handling, or abuse prevention.

Response Time

We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. If a request is unclear or cannot be matched to backend records, we will explain what is needed next.
