Bug Reports

For bugs, include the game name, device model, Android or iOS version, app version if visible, what happened, what you expected, and steps to reproduce. Screenshots are useful when they do not include private information.

Rewarded Ads

If a rewarded ad fails, normal match rewards should remain safe. Send the approximate time, device model, country if you are comfortable sharing it, and what the reward screen showed so we can investigate ad callbacks and reward verification.

Do not click live ads for testing unless your device is registered as a test device. Internal and closed testing should use test ads where possible.

Cloud Save

For cloud-save issues, include whether Google Play Games or iCloud was signed in, whether the issue happened after reinstalling or force closing, and whether local progress was still present on the device.

Play Testing Feedback

For internal or closed testing, include your device model, Android version, session length, where you stopped, and any point where tutorial, rewards, ads, pause, or cloud save felt unclear.

Privacy And Data

Read the privacy policy or use the data deletion page for deletion requests.

Never send passwords, payment details, one-time codes, private keys, or full account credentials in a support email.
