Who These Terms Cover

These terms apply to Lumenook Games websites and games, including Hexagon: Tower Defence. By using the site or game, you agree to use them lawfully and fairly.

Using The Game

You may play the game for personal entertainment. You may not abuse backend services, tamper with reward verification, exploit bugs to damage the service, interfere with other users, or use automated tools to generate fraudulent ad rewards, scores, or leaderboard entries.

Progress, Cloud Save, And Online Services

The game may store progress locally and may use platform cloud save where available. Online services such as rewarded-ad verification, diagnostics, leaderboards, backend sync, and cloud save may be unavailable, delayed, changed, or removed.

Core gameplay is intended to work offline, but some features require network access or platform services.

Ads And Optional Rewards

Rewarded ads are optional. Rewards are granted only when the app and ad service report that the reward was earned and verified. Ad availability is not guaranteed.

Third-Party Services

The game and website may rely on services from Google Play, Google Play Games Services, Firebase, AdMob, Apple, iCloud, and hosting providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

Lumenook Games owns or licenses the game, website, art, text, branding, code, and other content unless otherwise stated. These terms do not give you ownership of any Lumenook Games content or services.

The site and game are provided as available. We aim to keep them stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free gameplay, continuous access to online features, or compatibility with every device.
