Who We Are
Lumenook Games publishes small strategy, survival, and tower defence games, including Hexagon: Tower Defence. This privacy policy explains how we handle data for our games and website.
Privacy contact: lumenook@gmail.com.
Data The App Handles
Hexagon: Tower Defence stores local gameplay data on your device, including settings, tutorial state, cards, rewards, scores, arena progress, daily progress, and other profile data needed to run the game.
The game may send compact backend records such as generated player identifiers, session tokens, session starts, battle starts and ends, run summaries, scores, enemies destroyed, selected upgrades, arena state, reward amounts, client errors, backend sync failures, rewarded-ad stages, and anti-abuse diagnostics.
If cloud save is enabled, Google Play Games Services on Android or iCloud on Apple platforms may process account and saved-game data according to those platform providers' terms.
Ads And Consent
Rewarded ads are optional. They are shown only after you choose an ad reward action in the app. The game should continue normally if an ad is unavailable, skipped, or fails to load.
When ads are available, Google AdMob may process advertising identifiers, ad interactions, approximate location, device information, diagnostics, and fraud-prevention signals. Where required, the app asks for consent or shows privacy options before requesting ads.
How We Use Data
We use data to run the game, save progress, verify rewarded-ad claims, prevent duplicate reward claims, provide leaderboard-style services where available, investigate bugs, measure onboarding and game balance, detect abuse, and improve stability.
We use compact diagnostics instead of raw frame logs or long event histories where possible.
Sharing And Service Providers
We do not sell personal data. We may share or process data through service providers used to operate the app, including Google Play, Google Play Games Services, Firebase, AdMob, Apple iCloud, and website or backend hosting providers.
These providers may process data for app functionality, analytics, advertising, security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, cloud save, and platform services according to their own policies.
Security
Network traffic to our backend uses HTTPS. Firestore is not intended to be directly writable by game clients. Backend reward and diagnostic endpoints use generated player/session credentials where applicable.
No method of storage or transmission is perfect, but we limit the data sent to what is needed for app operation, diagnostics, reward verification, and abuse prevention.
Data Retention
Local save data remains on your device until you reset it in the app, delete app data, or uninstall the app. Cloud save data may remain with the relevant platform provider until removed through that platform's tools.
Backend player, run, diagnostic, server-event, and reward-intent records are retained only as long as needed for app operation, fraud prevention, diagnostics, security, or legal obligations. Some backend records may be automatically expired.
Your Choices
You can play core battles offline. You can choose whether to watch rewarded ads. In supported builds, privacy options are available from the app settings when required by the advertising consent system.
You can request deletion of identifiable backend app data through the data deletion page or by emailing lumenook@gmail.com.
Children And Audience
Our games are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
International Processing
Service providers may process data in countries other than your own. We use these providers to operate the game, website, backend, ads, analytics, diagnostics, and platform services.
Changes
We may update this policy as games, SDKs, or legal requirements change. The latest version will remain available on this page.
